My name is Anna Anderson.  I have been a Rebel my whole life.  I am a 2004 graduate of Zion Chapel High School and a 2009 graduate of Troy University.  While at Troy, I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Collaborative Teacher Education.  I taught for 4 years at Pinedale Elementary in Enterprise, AL.  Now, I am currently teaching 7-9 grades at Zion Chapel High School and I am so excited to be part of the ZC Family.  I will be working as the Resource Teacher for grades 7-9.  

I have lived in the Zion Chapel Community my entire life.  I am married to Colt Anderson and we have two little boys named Miller and Kix.  I attend The Vine Church and enjoy spending time with my church family. God richly blessed me with wonderful family and friends.  When I am not at school or church, I enjoy going to the lake skiing, fishing (any where any kind), going to the beach, riding 4 wheelers, and camping.

In August of 1991, I began my educational career at Zion Chapel Elementary School.  Little did I know, at the age of five, that I would find what I was destine to do, in only 3rd grade.  Mrs. McCall's 3rd grade class was when I knew I wanted to become a teacher.  I wanted to become a teacher just like Mrs. McCall.  Thirteen years later, I graduated Valedictorian of the Zion Chapel Class of 2004. I began my college journey in the fall of 2004.  I completed two years of under graduated studies at LBW in Opp, AL.  Later, I transferred to Troy University in Troy, AL where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Collaborative Teacher Education in 2009.    

I have been given the opportunity to work with children my whole life.  I enjoy teaching children at VBS, Sunday School, and at the elementary and high school levels.  

For 4 years, I taught students at Pinedale Elementary School in Enterprise, AL.  I was employed with the Enterprise City School System as the Resource Teacher at Pinedale Elementary School for grades 4-6.  

I am currently employed with Coffee County School System as the Resource Teacher at Zion Chapel High School for grades 7-9.
I enjoy teaching children of all ages.  One of the best things about teaching children is what I learn from them each day.
