About Me

My name is Amanda Jordan and I am the 10th and 11th grade teacher at Zion Chapel High School. This is my 6th year teaching, and I have taught middle school, high school, and college courses. I have degrees in both English and mathematics. I discovered my desire to teach when I began teaching adjunct courses at Troy University. From this point, I decided to pursue teaching high school mathematics.

I grew up in Banks and still reside there with my family which includes my 2 daughters, Lilly and Saylor. I also have 4 dogs and 9 chickens. For all of my life, I have heard wonderful things about Zion Chapel, and I could not be more excited to work here and be part of the ZC Rebels.
