Good Morning Teachers and Students…at this time we will have our Moment of Silence

Stand for the Pledge of Allegiance…

The FFA Fruit Sale starts today. Money and forms are due back to Mr. McNaughton by Nov. 2nd. The delivery date is Nov. 25th – Dec. 1st.

Pearson Alsobrook from Balfour will be on campus today at 2:00 to take Letter Jacket Orders.

Students…let me remind you that if you have been assigned break detention…you had better show up on time! Failure to show up at all will result in a day in ISS.

Students…let me remind you that your cell phone is to remain in your locker during the entirety of the school day…we will be having random Cell Phone Checks on a regular basis. Also…back packs are not allowed to be carried around during the school day. They must remain in your locker!

We want to congratulate our Band for receiving all superior ratings at the band competition this weekend at Rehobeth!

We want to congratulate our Football team for their victory on Friday evening over Kinston. Our Rebels are now 3-2 on the season!

9 Weeks Exams are schedule for this week. All students will take the Science Exam on Wednesday. On Thursday students will take their 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Period Exams. On Friday, students will take their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd period exams.

Homecoming Dance Tickets go on sale in the bandroom tomorrow morning before school. Tickets are $15.00 each.

There is NO Junior High Boys Basketball practice this evening!

The Volleyball teams will travel to Opp this evening. Games begin at 5:00

The JV Football Team will host Kinston on New Brockton this evening at 6:00 PM.

The Volleyball Team will travel to play Elba on Tuesday evening. Games begin at 4:00 PM.

The Varsity Football Team will travel to play Highland Home this Friday evening at 7:00 PM.

The Cross Country Team will compete in the TR Miller Challenge in Brewton this Saturday. We want to wish our Running Rebels the best of luck!

The Zion Chapel Marching Band will be competing in the Alexander City Marching Band Festival on Saturday. We want to wish them the best of luck!

Students…once again…let me stress to you the importance of attendance! Also…please remember that when you are out…you have only 3 Days from the date you return to school to turn in an excuse for your absence. If you fail to turn in an excuse within three days of your return, you will get a zero for any work missed while you were out and you will not be allowed to make it up!
