A pepsi fundraiser is being sponsored by the SGA now through Friday, September 8th. Each student is encouraged to sell at least 3 cases of sodas or Gatorade to help purchase new sound equipment for the football stadium. This will benefit youth and high school sports, graduation, school activities, and assemblies

If you want to purchase a 2017 Zion Chapel Athletic Club Football T-Shirt, you can pick up an order form at the front office.

Students interested in earning community service hours should see Mrs. Davis, if you are available on Friday evenings during home football games.

BUS RIDERS…The buses pull out of the parking lot at 3:06. That gives you 5 minutes to go to your lockers, get your stuff, and get on the bus. If you are not on the bus by 3:06…you will not be allowed to get on!

Congratulations to the JV and Varsity Volleyball Teams on their wins last night over New Brockton.

The Varsity Football Team will travel to play Houston County High School this evening. Kick off will be at 7:00 pm.

Anyone interested in joining FBLA should see Ms. Humphrey for a form. Fees are $25.00 and include your FBLA tee shirt for this year. Dues are due by Sept. 15th.

The Miss Jack Day Pageant will be held on September 17th. You may pick up entry forms in the front office.

Jack Day is scheduled for Saturday, September 23rd.

Altrusa is hosting a kiss the pig campaign beginning today and running until Jack Day on September 23rd. The candidate with the most monetary donations given in their name will have to “Kiss a Pig” on Jack Day. The three candidates are Mr. Kim Ellis (Coffee County District 2 Commissioner), Mr. Brian McLeod (Coffee County School Board President), and of course, Dr. Vohn Enloe (Principal).   Who do you want to see “Kiss a Pig?”

For the first time ever, Altrusa of Jack is sponsoring a Pecan Bake Off at the Jack Day Community Festival. If you are interested in competing in this, please stop by the office and pick up an informational brochure.

Work hard and have a great day!
