Exemption Forms: Exemption forms will be passed out to your 1st period class this morning. Students, you will need to take them to each class at the appropriate period......do not run around out of class. Teachers, do not allow your students to leave your room to go and get exemption forms signed. Students will need to turn in their SIGNED exemption form to their 1st period teacher on Tuesday, May 23. All students should take their history test on Tuesday.

Students in welding and nursing will no longer attend Elba…you need to check in with the office during 5th period and we will tell you where to go.  

Students…the Banners of the teams and organizations that you see hanging in the hallway are officially up for sale. If you or your parents are interested in purchasing one of these team banners… your parents may call or stop by the office and see Mrs. Courtney and place a bid on the banner of their choice. The final day to bid on the banners will be Tuesday, May 23rd.

High school students: All library books are due back to the library this week. If you owe for a book, please see Mrs. McCrory in the high school library during 1st, 5th, 6th, or 7th periods.

Students in Grade 8 – 11 need to turn in their pink pre-registration from to Mrs. Hussey in the guidance office.   There is a green basket to drop these forms in.

Any student going into the 10th grade next year who is interested in taking a Driver’s Ed. Class this summer needs to sign up in the office. The cost of the class is $100.00. The classes are scheduled from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm on May through June 9th. If you are interested you need to pay your class fees to Mrs. Shelly Nelson.

There will be a Perfect Attendance Drawing for the Month of May for students in grades 7-12. This means no check ins, no check outs and no excused or unexcused absence. The Perfect Attendance Drawing winner for the Month of May will be the lucky winner of a 7” RCA Tablet with Keyboard. So…once again, it pays to have Perfect Attendance!

Baseball Tryouts are scheduled for May 22nd and 24th from 3 -5 pm.

Cross Country Team make-ups will be held Tuesday afternoon immediately after school in the gym!

Also…Mrs. Grant wanted me to announce to everyone that purchased a “Remembering Raily” T-Shirt to please wear your shirt next Thursday.
